Resonate Drum Tuner ("the App") is developed and operated by Drum Ops. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

Microphone Access

The App uses your device's microphone solely to detect drum pitch in real time. All audio processing happens entirely on your device. No audio data, recordings, or derived measurements are ever transmitted off your device or stored outside the App's local database.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Tuning profiles and session data you create are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Drum Ops does not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Crash Reporting

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. These reports may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of a crash. No personally identifiable information is included. Crash data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs. Firebase's data practices are governed by Google's Firebase Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Google Play Billing — for in-app purchase processing.
Firebase Crashlytics — for anonymous crash reporting.

No advertising SDKs or analytics platforms are used.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
